About ARC
ARC Berkat Agro Food Sdn Bhd
ARC is a Malaysian aquaculture company. It started as Aquaculture Resource Centre, a partnership formed in 2007 by two individuals active in the industry, with the aim of advancing aquaculture and producing fish-based products. In 2020 it was upgraded to ARC Berkat Agro Food Sdn Bhd to strengthen its supply network and open up wider collaboration.
ARC breeds and farms freshwater fish at Ladang Bestari Jaya, Selangor — a 150-acre hatchery and grow-out farm producing more than 5 million fry and over 80 tonnes of mature fish a month, the largest of its kind in the state. Its sales and fry quarantine centre at Sungai Buloh holds stock and processes harvests before delivery to restaurants, farmers and individual buyers around Selangor. Visits to the sales centre and farm are welcome by appointment.
